Arika Clark Alejo is a Chicago resident and the founder of ThriveEpic, a full-service firm that helps small businesses, entrepreneurs, and coaches develop transformative multi-dimensional learning experiences.

Arika has a background of over 20 years in training, coaching, and mentoring across industries and is a Certified Corporate Leadership Coach, Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC) Certified Professional Coach (CPC), with a Master’s degree in Adult Education and a Master American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter license.

She was inspired to start ThriveEpic “from witnessing countless talented individuals whose expertise could reach and benefit a broader audience if only they had the right platform and tools. I wanted to bridge this gap, turning valuable knowledge into accessible online courses.”

Q: What is your personal mission? What drives you?

My mission is to democratize education by making it accessible and impactful. What drives me is the belief that everyone has unique knowledge and expertise that, when shared, can transform lives and communities. ThriveEpic is my platform to make this vision a reality.

Q: What is your definition of success?

Success for me means seeing our clients thrive by reaching wider audiences and creating meaningful impacts through their courses. It’s about empowering them to scale their operations globally, without compromising on the quality and authenticity of their offerings.

Q: What products/services does your company currently offer?

At ThriveEpic, we offer a suite of specialized services. Our Custom Course Creation service is designed to turn unique expertise into engaging and impactful online courses, tailored to each client's brand and goals. The Map-My-Program offering guides clients through the critical process of structuring their courses, ensuring content is both compelling and concise. Additionally, we provide 1-on-1 Course Creation and Launch Consulting with me, Arika, leveraging my extensive experience to offer in-depth, personalized strategies for success.
