Tatiana founded Nosh Posh in 2020 and is based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Nosh Posh sources products from BIPOC- and women-owned businesses and provides access to delicious and healthy snacking options while supporting small businesses and prioritizing sustainability.
Nosh Posh was a recipient of the inaugural EmpowHer grant from the Boundless Futures Foundation and was one of 10 women business owners selected to participate in the first cohort of Chama Capital’s Capital Concierge Program.
Q: What is your personal mission? What drives you?
My personal mission is to create a more equitable world. I'm driven by my commitment to providing my daughter with choices, and a desire to be a bold innovator.

I was inspired to start my business by the belief that I could contribute to a more equitable food system, leave a legacy for my daughter, and create impact.

Success is seeing the results of your intentionality and sacrifice, with full confidence that you gave your absolute best.
